Does Cardio Burn Muscle?

Many believe that cardio burns muscle, but the simple answer is - No, Cardio Does NOT burn muscle mass - Bad nutrition and overtraining does.


From now on forget all about that myth and start doing 20-40 minutes of cardio every day. In my opinion you should not do more than 1 hour every day because this would only lead to exhaustion and overtraining.

The bottom line is that cardio in moderation (20-40min every day) is good for your health and makes it a lot easier to lose fat.
