Gym Bag Inventory

Many people ask what you should have in your gym bag, to make it simple I have made a list of those things I think are necessary to have in YOUR gym bag.





Lifting Gloves



When you go to the gym you should bring a T-shirt and shorts. A sweater before you have warmed up could also be a great idea.
Don`t forget shoes.







Water bottle (with protein powder -optional)


Really it is not that much, you have to bring. Although you can  bring lifting straps and much more, I think those listed are the essentials. Just remember to fuel up before a work out and start hydrating at least 2 hours before your start heading for the gym.
Bring a watch so you can time your sets.
