Remember to stay fit during the summer holidays.
I bet many of you have been going to the gym the last months before the holidays and also lost some pounds. Well done! Although you might be in great shape on the beach doesent mean it will stay like that 4 ever.
Remember to strenght train while on holidays and also do daily cardio (20min). If you havent got training equipment in your hotel (if you are on vacation) , just make up a workout that consist of pull ups, push ups and sit ups.
Eks.
Pull ups: 4sets (back)
Chin ups: 3sets (back+biceps)
Push ups: 3sets (chest+triceps)
Dips: 3sets (triceps)
Crunches: 20-30 reps
+
Cardio(20min)- legs
It is also important to watch your calorie intake, but not as strict. It is after all holiday :)
