Exercises That Make You Taller

Wouldn't it be great if there was an exercise out there wich made you taller, well there is. Or actually no there isn't. Let me explain.

You can't make your bones longer, but you can perform exercises that support your spine and improves your postural muscles. This way you will appear taller, because your spine is extended to its full potential and your head is upright. 

Exercises that improves your postural muscles, and are one of my favorite exercises are the deadlift and the front squat. By performing these two exercises you will have an erect posture and will therefore appear taller.

As you may understand by now, there is no exercises that makes you taller, there are only those who makes you appear taller.
