Stronglifts 5x5 - Week 3

Since Week one my lifts have improved with 2,5kg from session to session. This week however I had
to give up on the Bench press. I did not manage to perform 5 reps for 5 sets, which means that I am going to work out with the same weight next time i do bench press. Hopefully i will be able to do it by then. As I said all my lifts have improved and so far I  love the program. Motivation is no problem at all with Stronglifts 5x5, at least not for the moment.

Stats (Week 3)

Squats: 45kg
Bench Press: 47.5kg
Barbell Row: 47.5kg
Overhead Press: 30kg
Deadlift: 45kg
