to give up on the Bench press. I did not manage to perform 5 reps for 5 sets, which means that I am going to work out with the same weight next time i do bench press. Hopefully i will be able to do it by then. As I said all my lifts have improved and so far I love the program. Motivation is no problem at all with Stronglifts 5x5, at least not for the moment.
