Shoulder Packing

Ever heard of shoulder packing? If yes, great. But if not, I am going to learn how to pack your shoulders to maximize your performance and strength. 

First off what is shoulder packing and why is it a great thing?
Shoulder packing is when you pull your shoulder blades down and together. This will help you preventing injuries as well as help you lift more weight. You will also feel much more stabile when packing shoulders while doing bench presses and other upper body exercises.

How to pack your shoulders
Step one: Pull your shoulder blades together
Step two: Pull your shoulder blades down

And thats pretty much it, no long formula, just pulling your shoulder blades down and back.

When do I use this cool technique?

Well I will make it very simple here. You should use the method when performing;

All Shoulder Exercises
All Back Exercises
All Chest Exercises
