I have now been following Stronglifts 5x5 for the last two weeks, and I can say that I really like the program so far. My lifts are increasing from time to time and the workouts don`t take longer that 30-45 minutes! As I have already mention in a previous post, I like that Stronglifts only consists of compound movements, so you decrease the risk of muscle imbalances.
Stats (Week 2):
Squats: 40kg
Bench Press: 45kg
Barbell Row: 45kg
Overhead Press: 27,5kg
Deadlift: 40kg
