Now one weeks in, I have already increased my squat with 7,5kg. This is because you are increasing the weight 2,5kg every workout and since you are squatting 3 times pr. week it goes up pretty quick. Although the start is good, I don't know if it is possible to keep this tempo up through 3 months.
We will see:) I am going to continue to write about 5x5 in addition to my weekly articles. Please come up with suggestions on which topic I should cover next.
