- So you don`t lose grip when sweaty
and your hands wont bleed after falling

- To pump up that flat tire, after you have installed the new one...

 4.Cycling Shorts
- So it does not hurt so much when riding long distances, it is also much more comfy

 5.Water Bottle
- For Re-Hydration



 6.Food
- To fill up your glycogen stores







7.Cycling Shoes



8.Helmet
- To protect your head


9.Jersey

- It looks pro and it is more aero (than a hoodie)










10. Spare Tubes + Toolkit

- So nothing can stop you
