Well, today and the next 12 weeks I am going to give it a try and rapport the strenght gains. I decided to give the program a try because of the simplicity and the short amount of time the program takes (45min).
What I mean is, that the human body is designed to pick things of the floor (deadlift), stand up (squat), push things (Bench Press) and push things overhead (overhead press).
In my opinion isolation exercises like curls and calvraises will overdevelop the particular muscle group, wich will lead to muscle imbalances.
The program also promises great strenght gains in fact 2,5kg to 7,5kg more on the bar every week allmost sounds to good to be true, but as I said, I will share my experience with the program in some weeks.
