Split- vs Full Body Workout

A frequent question asked is; which workout routine is optimal? Is a split workout or full body workout most effective, and on which days should you hit each body part and how often? What all those questions really burn down to is; training frequency, which frequency is the most effective?

If you don't know what a full body workout is, it is basically a routine where you work out all your body parts in one day, usually 3 times a week.
A split workout is, on the other hand, a workout plan that makes you target each muscle group 2 times a week, on different days.

Now that you know the difference, we are going to see which one is the most effective, the soil or the full body. The simple but at the same time irritating/difficult answer is that it depends on your body type.
You probably hear it all the time, but that is because it is so important and crucial for maximum results.

You have to know your body type in order to choose the optimal training program for you. Some people can work out every day while others have to have several days of rest in between workouts.

So how do you find out which routine is the most optimal for your body? Well, you only have to experiment. You have to try different workout plans, experiment and see what brings you the best results. After some months with just experimenting you will have a pretty clear picture of what works best for you.
Which program gives me the most energy? What is the optimal rest period for my body type? When should I train? To all those questions you will have the answer after just a little experimenting

Good Luck
