Usually I do a Stronglifts 5x5 update on sundays, where I show my progress share thoughts and experiences that I have had throughout the week. Although I know that you should stick with Stronglifts 5x5 for 3 months before judging it, I have decided to go back to bodybuilding.
Although I really enjoy Stronglifts, because of the simplicity and that it actually works, I lost the motivation 1 month in. I don't know why this is, but I think one of the reasons is that the winter is almost here (here where I live) and that really decreases my energy and motivation.Stronglifts and lifting heavy takes a lot of energy from you, and I simply don't have that much to give in my workouts.
To get my motivation back, I went back to what I really enjoy - bodybuilding:) I like the aspect of shaping your body and doing bicep curls...
I am not quitting Stronglifts forever. I just will stick to bodybuilding for a period of time now, and get back to Stronglifts when the motivation and energy is back.
