After a little break from Stronglifts 5x5 I am continuing the program. I have done some high repetition split workouts lately, just to mix up my workouts so it doesn't get boring. It is also a great idea to shift between bodybuilding and stronglifts because they both benefit each other. Are you stuck on heavy squats? Try to do squads with high repetitions for some time.
Resuming Stronglifts also means that I am going to continue posting my progress every week on Sundays. This is to keep you guys updated on how Stronglift works and what you can expect in terms of strength gains, if you are following the program.
Also, if you have made great progress with stronglifts, you can send it to me through the contact form on the sidebar and I will feature it on this blog. I think it is a great way to motivate people who are just starting out and don't know which program to choose.
So stay tuned for the weekly updates and I will keep you updated:)
