Are you overtraining? Are you working out to much?
If you are anything like me, these are question that are not to rare. I try to avoid overtraining, but sometimes it catches up on me.
I felt it today walking to school and suddenly becoming a little bit dizzy, not much, bout just a little. I know exactly which signs to watch out for in my body and this is one of them. So what do I do? Well, actually it is quiet simple, I take a day of.
Of course you have to get to know your body so well that you know which signs YOU have to look out for and respond to. This comes with experience, which you will automatically gain when you are training and working out.
Nothing serious here or any rocket science, just simply taking some days off when your body tells you to. Just take the days of that you need and recover for the weeks of training that are lying in front of you.
Listen to your body and respond to the signs
