I just thought I wanted to write a little bit about the Runtastic app I mentioned in yesterdays post (or the one before that)
You may notice that there can be some typos, but that is because I am writing on my iPhone without autocorrerct. You know how much that can help you.
This is the main menu of the app where you can see your next workout and start your workout. You can in addition to that compare your progress and personal records with your friends and view you progression and stats.
So when you click on "start workout" your workout will automatically start. The iPhone is automatically going to count your pull ups and also time your sets.
The workouts normally lasts from 5-15min
