I know that there are some days where you just don't feel like working out. Where you haven't slept the night before and you get home from school or work and don't even want to think about going to the gym.The next time you have such a day, think about this quote or statement: "Successful people do what they have to do whether they feel like it or not!"
It is so true. Although you don't want to do it, you know deep down that, that is what it takes to become successful and achieve your goals. You know that if you skip today, you will probably skip tomorrow to, because you can.
It is not so much about, that you can't skip a workout because than you will loose all your mass and strength. No, it is about commitment and building a habit. Once you break the habit of gym going, you are out of it and it is harder to get the momentum going again.
So next time you don't feel like working out think about the statement
"Successful people do what they have to do whether they feel like it or not!"
