The Blue Bottle Workout

Just finished my workout today. Came home from school and went directly to the gym to work out them biceps and my back. Back and Biceps is probably my favorite day.

So I went to the gym, put on those blue shoe covers so I don't mess up the floor and went in to change to my gym attire.
Then I went out in the battlefield with my blue plastic bottle (which sucks), because I lost my favorite BPA free bottle. I got my iPhone and started this app called PullUps Pro by Runtastic, which is basically an app that lets  you track your progress in terms of how many pull ups you can do. It really is great and I was up at 6-6-4-4 pull ups - I really recommend it (no sponsor tho).

So, as I said I did my pull ups and my dumbbell rows before I headed over to the curling section (where all the curling happens). I picked up a barbell and did some curls before I continued with some close grip curls. And that was basically it, that was my workout. Not a 3 hours workout, but a decent one if you haven't got so much time on your hands.

Workout

Pull Ups
6-6-4-4

Dumbbell Rows
Reach failure on three sets (aim for 12 reps)

Barbell Curls
5-5-5

Close Grip Curls
5-5-5

Hope you enjoyed my quick little gym story today, and check back tomorrow for a new exciting article or post, whatever you want to call it.

Sebastian
