Stronglifts 5x5 - Material

If you are considering starting with Stronglifts 5x5 I think that is a great choice.
The program consists only of compound movements which are performed for 5 repetition. Because of the fact that it only consists of compound exercises you run a lower risk of getting muscle imbalances.
