Audiobooks And Spotting

After the nice little rest day yesterday, I decided that I was going to stick to my workout schedule and go to the gym. And while I went to the gym I listened to audiobooks. I actually listen to audiobooks as much as possible in order to feed my mind with new ideas and information. It is a great way to learn and constantly engaging in activities that makes you grow as a person will definitely increase your self esteem.

So where was I..
Right, I was on the way to the gym to meet up and workout with some friends. We went in to the gym to work out and threw some medicine balls around while boxing and benching a little. By far not the most effective workout..

The funny thing is that when I bench press alone I hardly manage to put on 50kg, but this time I actually managed 60 kg and I think I can owe that to the spotter. You feel much more safe which makes you push your limits even further. It is really helpful and comforting to have someone covering your back in case of something should go wrong.

So I did some bench presses and trained my shoulders and triceps and went home after 90minutes in the gym. I went home and now I am sitting here on my computer writing a nice little post for my blog.
The main things I wanted you to get out of reading this post was really that you should constantly feed your mind with new ideas, grow as a person and become stronger. And have a spotter if you are going to push the limits.
